October 6, 1985: Indians (61-101) at Twins (72-90)

Left fielder Mickey Hatcher had 5 hits and 4 RBI at METRODOME as the Minnesota Twins belted the Cleveland Indians by the count of 14 to 2. 

Hatcher had a good day at the plate. He banged out a single resulting in a run in the 1st inning, delivered a base-hit in the 3rd inning, laced a one-base hit which brought home a run in the 5th inning, ripped a base-hit in the 6th inning and singled plating two runs in the 8th inning. Cleveland was out-hit by Minnesota, 19 hits to 10. 

Frank Viola(16-17) got the win allowing 2 runs in 8 innings. Vern Ruhle(7-14) suffered the loss. He was knocked around by Minnesota, allowing 11 hits and 2 walks in 5 innings.
