Vince Coleman had 4 hits and 4 RBI as the St. Louis Cardinals had a dramatic comeback against the Philadelphia Phillies. They would comeback from a 9-1 score and top the Phillies 11 to 9 at BUSCH STADIUM. 

Bill Campbell(1-2) was dominant in relief. No one got on base in his perfect 1 inning dropping his ERA from 3.60 to 3.38. Philadelphia was out-hit by St. Louis, 15 hits to 10. 

Campbell was helped out by Ricky Horton who recorded his 2nd save. Shane Rawley(3-10) was the losing pitcher in relief. He surrendered 4 hits and 2 walks in 1 inning.
