July 10, 1985: Rangers (41-41) at Indians (33-53)

Larry Parrish cracked a homer and had 2 RBI as the Texas Rangers bested the Cleveland Indians 12 to 3 at MUNICIPAL STADIUM. 

Texas jumped on top to stay in the top of the 4th inning plating one baserunner on 2 hits. Texas had many opportunities throughout the game and scored in 6 separate innings. 

Dave Schmidt(5-2) went 6 innings allowing 3 runs for the win. Schmidt got help from Dave Rozema who was credited with his 1st save. Vern Ruhle(4-6) suffered the loss.
