August 20, 1985: Orioles (61-57) at Mariners (61-59)

Third baseman Floyd Rayford rocketed 2 homeruns and had 4 RBI as the Baltimore Orioles outscored the Seattle Mariners 8 to 5. 

Rayford had a big day against Seattle. He bombed a two-run dinger in the 4th inning and lifted one out of the park for a two run home run in the 6th inning. Baltimore finished with 11 hits in the victory. 

Mike Boddicker(3-11) was the winner allowing 5 runs in 5 innings. Boddicker got help from Don Aase who earned his 21st save. Matt Young(12-10) was tagged with the loss.
