August 28, 1985: Royals (72-54) at Brewers (55-71)

Ben Oglivie had 2 base hits and 2 RBI at COUNTY STADIUM as the Milwaukee Brewers beat the Kansas City Royals by the count of 5 to 4. 

Milwaukee scored 3 runs in the bottom of the 5th inning when they came up with 4 base hits. The key at-bat was by Mark Brouhard who excited the crowd when he ripped a base-hit scoring two baserunners. Kansas City threatened in the 9th but Milwaukee was able to put down the rally. 

The win went to Ted Higuera(10-13) who allowed 3 runs in 8 innings. Higuera got help from Bob McClure who earned his 3rd save. Mark Gubicza(10-10) was the loser. He got hit hard, allowing 9 hits and 4 walks in 6 innings.
