September 12, 1985: Twins (59-82) at White Sox (67-72)

Bert Blyleven held Chicago scoreless on just 3 hits and Mickey Hatcher had 6 hits and 2 RBI as the Minnesota Twins really laid it on the Chicago White Sox 10 to 0. 

Hatcher had a good evening at the plate. He doubled in the 1st inning, lined a one-base hit in the 2nd inning, doubled bringing in two baserunners in the 4th inning, doubled in the 5th inning, laced a single in the 7th inning and doubled in the 9th inning. Minnesota had 16 hits for the night. 

For Blyleven(17-11) it was his 6th shutout this year. Floyd Bannister(14-14) was the loser. He was touched for 8 hits and 4 walks in 4 innings.
