October 6, 1985: Tigers (96-66) at Orioles (80-82)

Scott McGregor pitched a complete game as the Baltimore Orioles defeated the Detroit Tigers by a score of 7 to 3 at MEMORIAL STADIUM. 

Baltimore tallied 5 runs in the bottom of the 3rd inning when they had 5 base hits. That was all the offense they were to need. Baltimore rapped out 10 hits for the afternoon. 

The win was credited to McGregor(13-11) who went the whole way allowing 3 runs. Dan Petry(16-13) was the losing pitcher. He surrendered 7 hits and 3 walks in 6 innings.
