April 20, 1985 Game 128: Dodgers (6-5) at Padres (5-4)

The Dodgers are on a little slide as they have lost 2 in a row and 3 of the last 4.  They are looking to rebound against Eric Show and Lasorda would send Bobby Castillo out to face him.

Things would not go well for Castillo as the Padres rough him up for 4 runs in the first.  Flannery leads off with a walk, Garvey follows with a walk, Kennedy bounces into a 6-4 FC and Flannery is on 3rd.  McReynolds doubles and Flannery scores.   Nettles hits a 3-run homer to cap the scoring.

In the 5th the Padres add 2 more,  Garvey doubles and McReynolds hits a 1-out 2-run homer and it is 6-0.  They add one more in the the 6th and Royster hits a solo shot for a 7-0 lead.  The Dodgers get a lone run in the 9th as Cabell pinch hits for Honeycutt and hits a shot over the leftfield wall and the Dodgers have lost 3 in a row.

The Final Score 7-1 Padres
