June 9, 1985: White Sox (24-28) at Twins (26-27)

Greg Walker homered as the Chicago White Sox defeated the Minnesota Twins by the score of 6 to 4 at METRODOME. 

Tom Seaver(8-4) pitched well enough to earn the win. He went 6 and 2/3 innings and surrended up 8 hits and 4 walks and was touched for 2 homeruns. Neither team was able to score until the 6th inning. 

Bob James recorded the save, his 10th. Frank Viola(6-6) ended up with the loss. The Chicago ballclub's record now stands at 24-28. With the loss, the Minnesota ballclub's record is 26-27.
