June 14, 1985: White Sox (24-33) at Angels (26-33)

Reggie Jackson rocketed 2 homeruns and had 3 RBI as the California Angels outscored the Chicago White Sox 3 to 2. 

It was a good day for California thanks to Jackson. He cracked a two-run shot in the 4th inning and smashed a solo-shot out of the park in the 7th inning. Donnie Moore was perfect in the ninth giving him his 11th save on the season. 

Kirk McCaskill(5-7) picked up the victory, allowing 2 runs in 7 and 2/3 innings. Britt Burns(3-8) took the loss. With this win, California has a 26-33 record. They have been 4-6 lately. With the loss Chicago now has a record of 24-33.
