July 11, 1985: White Sox (39-43) at Orioles (41-42)

Ron Kittle homered and had 4 RBI at MEMORIAL STADIUM where the Chicago White Sox beat the Baltimore Orioles by the score of 10 to 6. 

Kittle had a big day with his bat. He slapped a base-hit which scored a run in the 1st inning, doubled in the 8th inning and lost the ball over the fence for three runs in the 9th inning. Chicago had 14 hits for the game and Baltimore had 10. 

The victory was credited to Tom Seaver(10-7) who went 8 innings, allowing 6 runs. Storm Davis(9-5) absorbed the loss. He pitched 8 innings allowing 10 hits and 3 walks.
