July 12, 1985: Expos (40-46) at Reds (44-41)

Bryn Smith delivered 8 solid innings at Crosley Field where the Montreal Expos beat the Cincinnati Reds by the score of 4 to 2. 

Smith(6-9) contributed a very nicely pitched game. He allowed only 4 hits and 1 walk in 8 innings. Cincinnati went down without a fight in the bottom of the 9th. 

Jeff Reardon was credited with his 12th save. Jay Tibbs(6-9) was charged with the loss. He pitched 6 and 1/3 innings allowing 8 hits and 1 walk.
