July 26, 1985: Reds (52-44) at Expos (45-52)

Right fielder Dave Parker launched 2 homeruns and had 3 RBI as the Cincinnati Reds topped the Montreal Expos by a score of 6 to 4 at OLYMPIC STADIUM. 

Parker had a big day with his bat. He lofted a solo-blast 'downtown' in the 2nd inning, banged out a single in the 4th inning and lifted one out of the park for a two run home run in the 8th inning. Mario Soto(15-7) was helped out by John Franco who pitched a perfect ninth and recorded his 23rd save. 

Bill Gullickson(8-11) suffered the loss. He surrended 3 homeruns in his 7 innings.
