Onix Concepcion rocketed 2 homeruns and had 4 RBI and Danny Jackson pitched a complete game as the Kansas City Royals defeated the Detroit Tigers 10 to 3 at TIGER STADIUM. 

Concepcion had a big evening at the plate. He popped a two-run clout over the fence in the 3rd inning, lined a one-base hit in the 5th inning and lifted one out of the park for a two run home run in the 8th inning. Both teams ended up with 10 hits on the night. 

Jackson(7-8) picked up the complete game victory, allowing 3 runs. Dan Petry(12-8) was tagged with the loss. The winning ways continue for Kansas City. They now have a record of 8-2 in recent days. With the loss, Detroit has a record of 4-6 lately, 58-41 overall.
