August 21, 1985: Padres (66-56) at Expos (56-65)

Vance Law had 3 base hits and 4 RBI as the Montreal Expos defeated the San Diego Padres by the score of 8 to 6 at OLYMPIC STADIUM. 

Montreal had the game winning rally in the bottom of the 8th inning with 2 runs on 3 hits. Doug Frobel led off and he doubled. Tim Raines came next and he banged out a single. Raines took off for second and slid in with a stolen base. Law followed next and he lined a one-base hit driving in two more baserunners. Law took second on the throw. Bert Roberge(2-0) got help from Jeff Reardon who pitched great and earned his 19th save. 

Tim Stoddard(2-3) was the losing pitcher in relief. He allowed 3 hits and no walks in 1 inning.
