August 26, 1985: Brewers (54-70) at Indians (48-80)

Paul Molitor had 2 base hits at MUNICIPAL STADIUM where the Milwaukee Brewers beat the Cleveland Indians by the score of 4 to 1.

Milwaukee brought 3 runs across the plate in the 2nd inning when they had 6 base hits. That scoring would be all that was needed. Neither team managed to score after the 3rd inning.

Jaime Cocanower(4-6) got credit for the victory, pitching 8 innings and allowing 1 run. Cocanower got help from Bob McClure who was credited with his 2nd save. Vern Ruhle(4-13) ended up with the loss.
