September 20, 1985: Pirates (67-80) at Mets (93-54)

Lee Mazzilli left the yard and had 3 RBI at SHEA STADIUM as the Pittsburgh Pirates beat the New York Mets by the count of 6 to 4. 

In the 6th inning Pittsburgh went on top for good as they scored 2 runs on 3 base hits. New York had a chance in the 9th but they came up short. 

The win went to Lee Tunnell(3-12) who allowed 2 runs in 7 innings. The loss was charged to Ed Lynch(20-7). He pitched 6 innings giving up 8 hits and 1 walk.
