September 24, 1985: Expos (74-77) at Cubs (76-76)

Mitch Webster launched 2 homeruns and scored 3 times as the Montreal Expos defeated the Chicago Cubs by a score of 10 to 7 at WRIGLEY FIELD. 

Webster had a big day at the plate. He laced a base-knock in the 1st inning, blasted a solo shot in the 4th inning and hit a bases-empty home run in the 8th inning. The Montreal offense poured it on, scoring in 7 of the 9 innings. 

Bert Roberge(4-0) went 3 innings allowing no runs for the win. Lary Sorensen(2-4) was charged with the loss in relief. He was knocked around, surrendering 4 runs in 2 innings.
