September 26, 1985: Twins (66-87) at Rangers (75-77)

Tom Brunansky hit a homerun and had 4 RBI as the Minnesota Twins clobbered the outmatched Texas Rangers, 22 to 8. 

Brunansky led the offense for Minnesota. He lofted a three-run homer in the 3rd inning and doubled in the 5th inning. Minnesota bats were very productive in the 5th inning with 7 runs on 6 hits and the 8th inning when they had 7 runs on 6 hits. It was roller coaster of a game as the lead change hands 5 times. 

Ken Schrom(11-3) went 5 and 1/3 innings allowing 1 run for the victory. Dave Rozema(3-13) was the loser. He was touched for 7 hits and 3 walks in 4 and 1/3 innings.
