September 14, 1985: Giants (63-78) at Braves (42-99)

Dan Driessen rocketed 2 homeruns and had 4 RBI as the San Francisco Giants beat the reeling Atlanta Braves in 12 innings by a score of 5 to 4. 

Both teams had scored 4 runs after nine full innings. Finally, San Francisco pulled the game out in the 12th inning. After an out was recorded, Ron Roenicke drew a walk. Dan Gladden next to the plate and he ripped a single. Manny Trillo then hit a deep fly scoring the run. San Francisco totaled 10 hits on the night. 

Greg Minton(2-2) got the win allowing no runs in 2 innings. Scott Garrelts preserved the game for Minton, recording his his 5th save. Jeff Dedmon(4-3) was the loser in relief.
