Shortstop Rafael Ramirez hit one over the fence and had 3 RBI at FULTON CTY STADIUM where the Atlanta Braves beat the Houston Astros 7 to 3. 

Steve Bedrosian(6-19) gave a fine effort for Atlanta. He was reached for 6 hits and 3 walks in 8 innings improving his ERA from 5.11 to 4.90. Atlanta ended up with 13 hits for the game while Houston had 6. 

Mike Scott(6-17) was charged with the loss. He was hit hard and gave up 6 hits and 2 walks in 2 innings.
