Tim Wallach ripped 2 homeruns and had 3 RBI at DODGER STADIUM where the Montreal Expos beat the Los Angeles Dodgers by the score of 5 to 2. 

Wallach had a big day at the plate. He delivered a base-hit in the 2nd inning, cleared the fences for a two-run home run in the 4th inning and ripped a solo home run in the 9th inning. David Palmer(2-6) got help from Jeff Reardon who pitched great and earned his 8th save. 

The losing pitcher was Jerry Reuss(6-3). He pitched 7 and 1/3 innings giving up 11 hits and 1 walk.
