June 14, 1985: Dodgers (36-23) at Astros (26-32)

Glenn Davis rocketed 2 homeruns and had 3 RBI as the Houston Astros bested the Los Angeles Dodgers 6 to 5 at The Astrodome. 

Davis had a big evening at the plate. He smashed a bases-empty 'big-fly' in the 2nd inning and lifted one out of the park for a two run home run in the 3rd inning. Houston finished with 9 hits while Los Angeles ended up with 6. 

Dave Smith(1-2) got the win allowing 1 run in 2 innings. Smith got help from Jeff Calhoun who was credited with his 2nd save. Fernando Valenzuela(7-3) was the loser.
