June 22, 1985: Expos (32-36) at Mets (41-25)

Third baseman Tim Wallach blasted 2 homeruns and had 3 RBI as the Montreal Expos bested the New York Mets 9 to 4 at SHEA STADIUM. 

Wallach had a big day against New York. He cleared the fences for a two-run home run in the 1st inning and lofted a solo-blast downtown in the 5th inning. New York was out-hit by Montreal, 13 hits to 6. 

The victory was credited to Joe Hesketh(6-5) who went 7 and 2/3 innings, allowing 4 runs. Rick Aguilera(1-7) was the loser. He was touched for 3 homeruns in his 4 and 2/3 innings of work.
