June 27, 1985: Expos (32-40) at Pirates (29-40)

In an entertaining game at Forbes Field the final score was the Pittsburgh Pirates 6, the Montreal Expos 3. 

Montreal found themselves trailing quickly as the Pittsburgh bats came through in the first inning plating one baserunner utilizing 2 base hits. After an out was recorded, R.J. Reynolds laced a one-base hit. Chuck Tanner then called for a steal which was successful. Johnny Ray then smacked a single scoring the run. Don Robinson(3-2) got relief help from Cecilio Guante who was excellent in relief and gained credit for his 11th save. 

Bill Gullickson(6-8) took the loss. He surrendered 5 runs and 9 hits in 6 innings.
