Jim Clancy(6-6) got credit for the victory, pitching 6 and 1/3 innings and allowing 1 run. Gary Lavelle was credited with his 3rd save. Jim Slaton(5-10) was the loser. He got hammered, allowing 10 hits and 6 walks in 6 and 1/3 innings.
