Charlie Leibrandt(11-8) got the win allowing 3 runs in 7 and 1/3 innings. Dan Quisenberry earned the save, his 25th. Oil Can Boyd(11-7) took the loss. 'He gutted it out' Dick Howser said of Leibrandt. 'I was very impressed by his tenacity.'
