Lynch(17-4) put on a good performance. He didn't allow much, just 6 hits and 2 walks in 9 innings. Neither team managed to score after the 1st inning.
Dave Lapoint(5-14) ended up with the loss. It was a tough loss for him as he did not allow an earned run in his 2 innings of work.
