September 11, 1985: Orioles (71-67) at Red Sox (84-55)

Tony Armas rocketed 2 homeruns and had 6 RBI as the spectacular Boston Red Sox topped the Baltimore Orioles by a score of 12 to 5 at FENWAY PARK. 

Armas had a big evening at the plate. He launched a three-run homer in the 1st inning and smacked a three-run homer in the 2nd inning. Boston rapped out 13 hits for the night. 

The victory went to Mike Trujillo(6-0) who went 3 and 1/3 innings, allowing 1 run. Scott McGregor(12-7) was given the loss. He surrendered 8 runs and 7 hits in 1 and 1/3 innings.
